I recently stayed at the University of Essex - Colchester Campus for a business trip. The room was clean and the bed was spacious enough for my height. The on-campus restaurants offered affordable and tasty options, especially for vegetarians. The student's union bar had a good selection of drinks, although the prices could be more student-friendly. Finding the key collection from the parking area was easy, thanks to helpful signs and a provided map. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, although it started a bit late for business travelers. reasonably priced and worth considering, especially with the delicious breakfast.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a unique accommodation near a university campus. Though it had the feel of a student dorm, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, especially if you were attending a conference or event at the nearby University of Essex - Colchester Campus. The room was basic but clean, and the shared facilities had everything you needed, like a kettle. One of the highlights was the tasty breakfast that was included. it was a good option for a hassle-free stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all. 🌟

We stayed at University Of Essex - Colchester Campus during our recent trip and had a great experience. the campus accommodation was basic but clean, and offered great value for money. the room provided enough space for us to work, and we found it quiet and peaceful. the access to a kitchen, complete with a fridge, was a convenient feature. Although the campus was a bit secluded and public transport wasn't the best, it served as a good starting point for our expeditions. Plus, the bus stop right across the street made getting around easier.
No negatives from this place. 🌟.

We had a lovely welcome from a staff member who personally escorted us to our room. They even carried our luggage for us, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious and had a large desk, perfect for getting some last-minute studying done. Plus, the Wi-Fi was superfast, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The little toilet bag with samples was a nice touch, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. And to top it off, the kitchen was well stocked with tea and coffee available for us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend staying at University Of Essex - Colchester Campus for a comfortable and convenient experience.

Good wifi connection throughout the stay. Convenient location close to the campus site where we were working. Clean room upon arrival.
Lack of kitchen equipment, such as plates and pans, making it difficult to cook. Noisy rooms due to loud closing doors and noisy neighbors.

The staff were very helpful and kind, especially the security personnel who assisted with my late check-in. The campus felt safe despite being dark. The breakfast was excellent and I particularly enjoyed the scenic surroundings of the campus.
Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, even with the provided postcode. The room was not up to standard and the bed was uncomfortable.

I got great value for my money at this hotel on campus. The room was cozy and clean, with enough space for me to work. The location was quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a large lake with wildlife. The staff went above and beyond, with one member even helping me push my heavy bicycle. a top-notch experience.
The morning meal could use some improvement. The breakfast options were lacking, with broken coffee machines and a limited selection of food.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was situated right on the university campus, making it convenient for my needs. the reception opening hours were also very good, and the staff were pleasant enough. the room itself was a good size, with a large desk perfect for working or studying.
The check-in staff were not very friendly, which was a letdown.

Great location for my Christmas stay, with easy access to the campus and parking. the room was clean and spacious, offering enough space for me to relax and unwind. the staff at the on-campus restaurants were friendly and the food options were delicious and reasonably priced.
The lack of comfortable beds. the mattresses were worn out and could use an upgrade.
